2006 Viking 52 Convertible

Viking Yachts of New Gretna New Jersey is among the very finest builders in yachting. At the time this 52 Convertible was delivered in November 2005, Viking was manufacturing over 90% of the components used to build this boat in house. All Viking Yachts are built to comply with American Boat and Yacht Council standards, (ABYC) as well as Coast Guard Regulations. Cored fiberglass construction with a modified-V hullform.

This Viking was purchased in the fall of 2010 from the Mid-Atlantic Viking Dealer, Bluewater Yachts. From 2010 until today, she has remained docked in brackish water. The owners of this boat and their guests almost never spent a single night onboard. Over the years there have been some noteworthy upgrades. The Ice Blue hull was repainted Snow White, the navigation electronics were replaced in 2022, the teak deck was replaced in 2023, and most recently in 2025,the salon headliner was replaced. When items broke, the owners called on local Fort Lauderdale technicians to keep their Viking 52 "ready for enjoyment" and they have indeed. After completing 15 seasons of successful cruising and fishing the Florida Keys and Bahamas, RUSTY is available for sale once again.

The Viking 52 makes an outstanding fishing and cruising machine. Cruising along in the 24-26 knot range was the preferred speed for the current owners. At this speed, the 1360 HP common rail MANs are burning 75 GPH at 1750 -1800 RPM. This speed is not only easy on the MANs, but easy enough on the owners and their passengers. If you have not experienced the 52's ride personally, it is a stable one. Viking's 52 has a superb reputation among their great fleet. Their 52 Convertible is big enough to travel at sea and live aboard in complete luxury, yet small enough for the owner to operate. 

The Onan 21.5kW Genset lives inside of a sound shield and has no trouble powering the entire yacht. There are four Sub-Zero drawers beneath the galley counter. The Sub-Zero equipment was serviced in 2025. Forward of the galley are three luxury staterooms and two heads.
