Grizzly is over 30 years old but looks almost new.
The Nauticat 44' is a renowned bluewater pilothouse motorsailor built by Siltala Yachts of Finland. This sturdy built spacious cruising yacht provides comfortable accommodations above and below decks. Above decks is a roomy cockpit with cushioned seating on either side of a folding table, additional deck chairs plus two Capitan chairs on either side of the helm. Below deck is another helm, spacious salon with 360-degree views, port & stbd lockable sliding doors for quick access to either side deck and a huge opening sunroof. Extremely sea worthy and transatlantic capable. Powered by a Ford Lehman 135 HP diesel engine and an 8 KW Westerbeke generator. Bow thruster. Two AC units. This 1985 cutter-rigged ketch (4 sails: main, roller-furling jib, self-tending staysail, and mizzen is a well-maintained yacht ready for either serious blue water cruising or living aboard.
